elite-india.com is only responsible for facilitating the sale and delivery of such products and its responsibility lies only to this service level. We shall make sure the products the right and valid, still we expect customers to verify the products and in case of non-satisfaction they can return the products within two days of delivery without opening the packaging. There shall be minor fee deducted if the payment has been made via credit card. Any product whose packaging is damaged shall not be accepted back and hence no refund is allowed on such damaged product.
